Over the past two decades, I’ve led transformation, leadership development, and team effectiveness initiatives at global organisations such as Diageo and Novartis. Today, I bring that experience into my coaching practice, blending strategy, psychology, and human connection to guide individuals and teams through change, growth, and new possibilities.

As a certified executive coach (AoEC Practitioner Diploma), I’m also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently completing a Master’s in Human Resource Management. My approach is strategic yet deeply human, combining practical tools with empathy, curiosity, and accountability.
